What makes your nail formula unique?

We formulated our products so you don't have to choose between luxury and clean. Our lacquer is formulated without the 21 toxic ingredients that are traditionally found in nail polishes and designed for an elevated at-home experience (or at your salon if you choose to bring your own polish). Our formula delivers an easy, smooth application, fast dry time, high-gloss finish, and long-wearing color.

What does 21-free mean?

21-free means our formulas contain none of the 21 ingredients — carcinogens, hormone disruptors, sensitizers, irritants, and environmentally harmful compounds — still found in conventional nail polish. We removed them because nail care matters.

Our commitment to clean does not end at 21. We are continuously working to go further.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all of our products are vegan, cruelty-free, and 21-free. We are constantly striving for the cleanest alternatvies.

Do you carry gel-based nail polish options?

We don’t currently offer gel nail polishes, as we focus on creating clean, treatment-forward formulas. That said, we’re always keeping an eye on innovation and would consider expanding into gels if it aligns with our standards and values.

What’s the best way to store nail polish?

Store your nail polish in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, as temperature changes can affect the formula. Keep bottles tightly closed and upright to prevent thickening or leaking. Avoid storing polish in humid areas like bathrooms, and give bottles a gentle roll between your hands (instead of shaking) to maintain an even consistency.

What are your shipping fees?

Domestic shipping is $7.50. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories.
All orders above $60 are free shipping.

How long does it take to process and send out my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

What’s the estimated delivery time for my order?

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time but we are working on expanding our shipping regions.

My tracking shows delivered, but I haven’t received my package.

If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, we recommend checking with your local carrier first. If additional support is needed, please reach out to us at hello@lippmannofficial.com and we’ll help investigate next steps.

What are your guidelines for returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns regardless of whether or not they’ve been opened. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery at hello@lippmannoffficial.com and our team will make it right.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We apologize for the incovenience. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

What should I do if part of my order is missing?

If something is missing from your order, please reach out to us with your order details. We’ll look into it right away and get any missing items sent out as quickly as possible.

Is it possible to update or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee edits once an order is placed, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
